Shipping your orders

We do everything we can to ship your orders as quickly as possible. Here are the different categories of DVD availability and their shipping method:

DVDs in stock

DVDs indicated as "In stock" are shipped the day after your order (business day).

DVDs on order

Some titles require a supply period. These times vary according to the following indications:

• On order 3/4 weeks: This time concerns titles requiring a special order from our supplier, with a supply within 3 to 4 weeks.

• On order 4/12 days: An order is placed once a week with our supplier in the United States. We will update this page every week to let you know the exact day of the next order.
  

  
  For "on order 4/12 days" titles: Next order Tuesday, May 12, before 5 p.m.

• On order 5/12 days: We order every Wednesday before 8pm from our supplier in the United States, and DVDs are generally received the following Monday (subject to UPS delays)

• Example: If you order on a Thursday, your order will be included in the following Wednesday's order, which may delay the delivery time by one week.
