Shipping and returns

Shipping your package

Packages are generally dispatched the day after their validation after receipt of payment. Shipments are every day of the week (working days). They are shipped via the carrier of your choice. Whichever delivery method you choose, we will send you a link to track your package online. Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. We recommend that you group all of your items in a single order, however, as far as possible, we will group your orders in 1 single shipment and reimburse the shipping costs paid in duplicate.
Box dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
